Re: Rare GAA ‘Bloody Sunday’ Ticket SOLD in our February Sale 2014
A rare ‘Bloody Sunday’ 1920 GAA original Ticket to the Match between Tipperary and Dublin where thirteen people were killed. This ticket is a memento of a turning point in the Anglo-Irish War. The British attack on unarmed spectators at Croke Park followed the raids early that morning by Michael Collins’ men on British Secret Service agents in Dublin. This ticket would be extremely rare and much sought after. THIS TICKET WAS SOLD FOR €5,400.00 ON 14TH FEBRUARY 2013
