VALUATIONS
Aidan Foley can provide a complete service in the valuation and appraisal of Antiques, Fine Art and House Contents. This is by appointment only and for a small fee.
Formal written valuations are made for all purposes including Insurance, Probate and Division. The Valuation Reports are professionally executed with detailed descriptions and include digital photographs. Fees are based on the value of items and the time involved. An initial appraisal without obligation can be made at no cost and a written quotation for producing the report can be given.
Probate Valuations
Aidan Foley also provides the complete service to Executors, Solicitors, Banks and others, for Insurance, Probate and Division purposes. A full House Clearance service is available.
